Introduction to Humanities
Computing
Note: This is a Spring Session Course and relatively intense. Classes
meet twice a week.
Course Format
The classes will be a mixture of lecture, discussion, and computer demonstration.
- Hands-on training tutorials will be organized by a Teaching Assistant for
basic computing skills. These hands-on sessions are
good time to learn the basic skills.
- The Teaching Assistant will also be availble by email for students with
technical questions.
- Certain course materials will be available on the network and students
will be expected to use these materials.
- Students will be expected to check their e-mail regularly. In order to cope well with the volume of emai, it is strongly suggested that email be checked daily.
